C&G Farms is owned and operated by Chuck, Matthew and Michael Fields. All could not be possible without the foundation of George Fields who started our operation in the late 1940’s. C&G Farms formed its name after George and his son, Chuck became partners in business. Chuck was fortunate enough to have two boys, Matthew and Michael who had great interest in continuing to grow the family business. Together this family has grown C&G Farms into a well respected farming and shelling operation in San Joaquin County.
