What began with our grandfather planting the first almond and peach orchards in the Valley has evolved into a comprehensive, full-service almond operation. Over the decades, we have grown alongside the industry, expanding from growers to becoming leaders in harvesting and hulling.
C&G Farms is owned and operated by brothers, Matthew and Michael Fields. All could not be possible without the foundation of their grandfather, George Fields, who started our operation in the late 1940’s. C&G Farms formed its name after George and his son, Chuck became partners in business.
Chuck was fortunate enough to have two boys, Matthew and Michael who had great interest in continuing to grow the family business. When Chuck passed away in 2022, Matt and Mike continued the family operations. Together this family has grown C&G Farms into a well-respected farming and shelling operation in San Joaquin County.
